This primary hybrid takes the large flowered Cattleya tenebrosa that sports an extremely dark lip with beautiful bronze to red colored sepals and petals and crosses it on to the miniature Cattleya milleri with bright red sepals and petals to give us a range of red flowers with dark purple lips on tall stately inflorescences. Plants are near-flowering size in 4" pots.
