Are you open to the public?

Our Showroom is open to the public Mondays through Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 2800 West Ponkan Road in Apopka, Florida. You are welcome to stop by any time for a visit. Additionally, we open some of our other greenhouses to show everyone how we grow our plants, and so we can show off our big blooming mother plants, three times a year during the Apopka International Orchid Festival happening in January, April, and November.

When do you ship your orders?

We ship out orders Monday through Thursday with West Coast orders typically shipping on Mondays and Tuesdays, East Coast orders shipping Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and Florida orders shipping Wednesdays and Thursdays to ensure that orders can arrive before the weekend.

Orders are pulled on Thursdays for shipping the following week. Orders placed after Thursdays will be pulled for shipping the following Thursday. If you have any time constraints, let us know and we will try to help you resolve them. 

What size are the plants you ship?

All of our products will include a description of the pot size that the plants are potted in. Flowering size plants will be plants that are large enough to flower and will flower within the next year depending on their flowering season. Near flowering size plants will be almost ready flower but may take between a year or two to bloom. Well-established seedlings are plants that are healthy but could take over two years before they are ready to bloom.

 Are the plants you ship currently in flower/in bud/ in spike?

Unless otherwise noted, the plants being shipped are shipped as non-blooming plants, and we do not guarantee any flowers or buds. That being said, generally if we can include a plant in low bud, we try our best to include them.

Can I pick up orders at the nursery or at an orchid show?

Of course! When you go to check out on the website, just use the code "PICKUP" in the special offer codes. In the order notes section, let us know if you are picking up at the nursery, or at a show and let us know what date you will be picking them up.
