A phytosanitary certificate is required to ship to certain locations within the US such as Puerto Rico and Hawaii (Though Hawaii also requires an import permit). Some countries may also allow small amounts of plants to be brought by hand with only a Phytosanitary certificate. Please check your local rules and regulations before ordering.
